We closely collaborated with Heik Properties Ltd, a company based in Abuja, to develop Heik Homes. heikhomes.com is a luxury platform for booking shortlists and apartments online, available in Kubwa, Dutse, Gwarinmpa, Dawaki, and Oshafa in Abuja, FCT.
Their apartments are spacious and provide ample room to work, hold meetings, relax, and entertain guests. You can easily find an apartment that fits your budget. They offer customised accommodation that caters to their customers’ specific needs and requirements. Their mission is to deliver a home away from home experience to our customers, and are fully committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
Sheby Mix Investment
We worked closely with Sheby Mix Investment a Tanzania-based company to design their website. Sheby Mix Investment is a multi-disciplinary goods and service rendering company, with proven capabilities over a wide range of different technical fields in the multi Industry since 2013.
The company is a private firm based in Mtwara, Tanzania dedicated to providing high-quality supply Services management expertise and more. The company have strategic offices all over the country. They offer the following services which include; Procurement, Logistics and road Patrol, Production Management, Mining Services and Cleaning Services.
Recharge2Cash
In March, we worked closely with Recharge2cash Tech Ltd, formerly known as Softgid Consult and Global Investment Ltd, to update their digital product called Recharge2Cash by adding new features to the web and mobile application and fixing bugs. Some features include; Bulk data purchase, Bulk airtime purchase, Improved pin reset process, Airtime to cash automation, Improved notification for mobile users, Improved BVN validation, Fixed electricity purchase bug, and also adding a lot of new admin features which enable the company manage its users day to day activities.
Later in the year, we worked closely with the parent company to add new features based on user requests, some of these features include; Airtime E-PIN purchase for all networks, MTN, GLO, 9Mobile and Airtel, Secure funding of sports betting accounts, Data stock for all agents, Integration of more partners APIs, Improved security, and fixed bugs across the Web, Android and iOS applications.
BMEZ Services Limited
We worked closely with BMEZ Services Limited a Lagos-based company to design their website. BMEZ Services Limited is a consulting company focused on working as a strategic partner and collaborative part of their clients team, they help you see around corners to achieve your projects and future success.
The company was established with a set of core values and a steadfast dedication to enhancing the experience of diverse businesses. They offer exceptional services and collaborate with their clients in order to tackle challenges and deliver long-term benefits. Their services include Management Services, Operations Improvement, Information Technology, Strategic Planning, Real Estate, and Sustainable Architecture.
FIDA Africa
We collaborated closely with the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Africa to develop their website, which also served as an online platform for registration and payment for their recently concluded 2023 International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Africa Regional Congress in Abuja, Nigeria.
FIDA is a Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Organization made up of women called to the practice of Law in various jurisdictions across the world. At the global level, FIDA has a consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) while FIDA Africa has an Observer Status with the African Union, at the continental level.
The website was to also contain all information about FIDA Africa which includes; Past and current Regional Vice Presidents, Annual Regional Congress report from 2004 – 2023, speakers for the 2023 Annual Regional Congress and much more.
Module 6ix Group
We worked closely with Module 6ix Group also known as M6 Group, to design their website. M6 Group prides itself on delivering exceptional services through all its subsidiaries. The company is a dynamic and innovative business that specialises in private and commercial construction, currency exchange, NGO, and asset acquisition.
M6 Group strives to work closely with our clients to ensure a collaborative and creative approach to project planning and delivery. Their mission is to expand their global presence and improve our efficiency. Allowing them to offer unparalleled service and value. Their subsidiaries include; M6 Construction Group, Module 6ix Services, Bexter Forex BDC, M’HD Foundation, and MHD Equities.
FIDA Nigeria
We collaborated with the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) in Nigeria to develop, test, and launch their National Data Collection Portal and their National Membership Portal.
The National Data Collection Portal will ensure that all the NGO data across the country are properly collected, organised, analysed and managed efficiently. The system was built with one goal, to ensure all cases across the country are properly documented, with a streamlined data collection system that makes it easy for all branches to seamlessly document and track all cases across all categories as it performs its daily functions as an NGO.
The National Membership Portal has robust features which allow members to view and pay dues and developmental levies and events including conferences, workshops and seminars online securely, members can also view and print their invoices for all transactions, keep their profile updated including addresses, contact information, bio, submit support tickets, and much more. Licensed Auction Companies
We worked closely with Kamyus Consult Limited to upgrade their e-Auction platform. We also worked closely with other registered and licensed auction companies such as Fagobe Company Limited and Felex-ID Integrated Services Limited to develop their e-Auction platform that provides these companies with a digital platform to organise, manage, and conduct auctions.
Some features of the e-Auction platform include Improved admin and user dashboard, Popup notification, VAT and buyers fee inclusion, SMS notification, Improved registration with OTP, Email notification, Auction history downloadable and much more
The Lush Academy
We have been working closely with The Lush Academy since 2016 to develop, deploy, maintain, upgrade, and update their website, school management portal and computer-based test (CBT) system which handles their tests and exams.
This year, we collaborated closely with the school to introduce new features to their school management system, as well as their computer-based test (CBT) system. Some of the new features we implemented include: improving the school support ticket system, sending out emails and SMS messages to parents on their children’s birthdays and their wedding anniversaries, resolving attendance bugs, facilitating online project and assignment submissions, enhancing the learning content module, incorporating the creche module, and introducing the class chat feature. This feature allows students in each class to chat among themselves, and share images and videos, while the teachers monitor the activities in each class chat.
We worked closely with the school to implement a variety of features. These included improving the promotion process for students moving from one class to another, introducing class teachers who manage all activities in a class (as opposed to subject teachers), enhancing the quality of questions uploaded by teachers on the CBT portal, automating results processing and report card generation for each class, implementing practice tests for students to prepare for upcoming exams, improving the process for teachers to upload videos, and introducing robust analytics that analyze students’ activities per term and session. These changes give students, parents, and the school a detailed overview of the child’s performance across various key performance indicators.
Reekta
We worked closely with Reekta Consulting to design the website for their all-in-one business support and project management platform. Reekta application is a project management tool that enables individuals and small businesses with one layer of approval to manage their projects efficiently. Project managers, contractors and clients thinking of a great way to manage their projects need not think any further.
Reekta is a mobile platform to help organize and control projects with a 360-degree view of the financial and project progress on the go. So whether one is thinking of planning and assigning project tasks, managing material or payment requisitions, tracking task progress and making payment, managing project documentation and back-office activities. Reekta has got that covered.
5 Years & Counting
Codefixbug is now 5 years old! We have been working closely with our clients and partners in Nigeria and other countries across the globe, to simplify their processes, and develop and launch digital products and services that create value for all stakeholders in the value chain. Epilogue
2023 was an incredible year for our company. We developed digital products, updated our clients’ existing products, fixed bugs in their products, and upgraded their products. We also websites and accomplished much more. However, there is still a lot of work to be done as we move into the new year. In 2024, we are looking forward to deploying and launching our client’s new projects. From Q1 to Q4, we will collaborate with our clients to deploy their projects. We are thrilled about the upcoming year and remain committed to achieving our goals.
