2025 was a defining year for us, marked by growth, innovation, and meaningful impact across a wide range of industries. We partnered with startups, SMEs, and large organisations to design, build, and enhance digital products that strengthened their operations and elevated their online presence. None of this would have been possible without our dedicated team of Codefixbugers. Throughout the year, they consistently delivered, building new products, maintaining and improving existing solutions, providing reliable support, and rigorously testing and deploying updates. Their commitment, attention to detail, and drive for excellence are reflected in the quality of the solutions we shipped in 2025.

Throughout the year, our work spanned mobile and web application development, modern website design, continuous technical support, and strategic upgrades for existing products. We worked closely with emerging startups to bring new mobile and web applications to life, supported SMEs through website design, redesign, and ongoing management, and collaborated with existing clients to upgrade their systems by introducing new features and improving performance. In addition, we delivered several new web applications for clients launching fresh digital initiatives or expanding into new markets, focusing not just on delivery but on long-term scalability and value.

A major highlight of the year was our active involvement in the EFCC First e-Auction, where we powered five auctioneers with fully functional auction platforms. Our contribution went far beyond development. We were deeply involved in the entire process, from building the web applications and delivering technical presentations at the EFCC headquarters, to supporting asset cataloguing and implementing EFCC-specific technical requirements. We also handled server management, live website monitoring on auction days, and post-auction activities, including system-generated reports in line with commission and regulatory requirements. This project demonstrated our ability to deliver under high-stakes, highly regulated conditions.

Dollaholic Hair

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to work with Dollaholic Hair, a dynamic and growing brand in the beauty industry. We’re proud to have partnered with them to enhance their online presence and improve the overall customer experience. Here are the key updates and improvements we delivered:

1. International Shipping for the UK, USA, and Canada
As part of our efforts to help Dollaholic Hair expand its global reach, we successfully set up international shipping to the UK, USA, and Canada. This update included a custom pricing structure for these regions, ensuring that international customers could enjoy a smooth and cost-efficient shipping experience.

2. Automatic Currency Display Based on User Location
To optimize the shopping experience for international customers, we implemented a currency display system that automatically adjusts based on the user’s location. Visitors in Europe now see prices in GBP (£), while customers from other regions automatically view prices in USD ($). This system allows for more accurate pricing and better profit margins for international orders, while aligning with Dollaholic Hair’s global pricing strategy.

3. Product Reviews for Wigs
We noticed that product reviews were not being displayed on the wig product pages, although they were appearing for other product categories like bundles. As part of our updates, we enabled the product review feature on the wig pages, ensuring that customer feedback is visible and encouraging more engagement. This helps build trust and supports the brand’s commitment to quality.

4. Real-Time Product Availability Updates
We addressed an issue with stock visibility on the site. Specifically, the Onyx Bombshell Wig (HD Lace variant) was marked as available even when it was sold out. After fixing this issue, the website now accurately reflects real-time inventory updates, ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.

5. Product Availability Alerts for Limited Stock
To create urgency and encourage purchases, we introduced stock alerts for products with limited availability. When there are only 4 units left, the site displays “Hurry – Last few remaining!”; when only 2-3 units are available, the alert changes to “Hurry – Only [2/3] left!”; and when there is just 1 unit remaining, customers are notified with “Hurry – Last one remaining!”. This update is designed to drive action, ensuring customers don’t miss out on their favorite products and encouraging them to complete their purchases quickly.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Integration
We added User-Generated Content (UGC) from Dollaholic Hair’s Instagram account to both the homepage and product pages. This showcases real-life customer photos and videos, bringing authenticity to the site. The integration enhances engagement and trust, following a similar model to successful brands like Frankie’s Bikinis.

7. 0% Interest Installment Payment Options
To offer more flexible payment options, we integrated Klarna and other 0% interest installment payment platforms for customers in the UK, USA, and Canada. This feature gives customers the ability to split their payments into manageable installments, making it easier for them to purchase higher-ticket items and boosting overall sales.

EFCC First e-Auction

Out of the 16 companies officially approved by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to participate in the e-Auction initiative, we are proud to have worked with 5 of them as valued clients. These companies include Kamyus Consult Limited, Fagobe Company Limited, Aikson Nwankwo Distribution Services, PSC International Investment Limited, and Richmate 480 Nig Ltd. This represents an impressive 31.25% of all approved auctioneers a significant endorsement of our capabilities and the trust our clients place in us.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) mandated all 16 approved companies to report to its headquarters for a formal presentation and live demonstration of their e-Auction websites. This step was a critical part of the Commission’s due diligence process, aimed at ensuring that each company possessed the technical capacity, security infrastructure, and operational expertise required to manage a nationwide e-Auction exercise. By conducting these evaluations in person, the EFCC reinforced its commitment to transparency, credibility, and the smooth execution of the digital auction process across Nigeria.

During the asset cataloguing phase, we continued working closely with our clients to ensure smooth operations across their assigned locations. In the course of this collaboration, some clients expressed the need to simplify and streamline the process further. In response, we began developing a mobile application specifically for asset cataloguing. The app enabled field agents to capture images of assets, input key details, and automatically upload the information directly to the auctioneer’s e-Auction platform in real time. This mobile application effectively replaced the time-consuming manual process of taking photos with separate devices and uploading them one by one. By automating and digitising asset capture, the app significantly increased efficiency, reduced errors, and improved data accuracy for each lot being prepared for auction.

In the months, weeks, and days leading up to the nationwide publication of the EFCC e-Auction, a great deal of behind-the-scenes work was underway. This included establishing secure, restricted access for the Commission to review each auctioneer’s administrative portal, coordinating with stakeholders ahead of the auction launch, and ensuring all technical systems were fully prepared. As the technology partner for our clients, we played a critical role in this phase. We implemented the restricted admin access requested by the Commission, allowing them to securely monitor and evaluate each platform’s backend without compromising sensitive data. In addition, we carried out extensive unit testing and continuous quality assurance processes, which enabled us to identify and resolve last-minute bugs. This rigorous approach helped ensure that each e-Auction platform was stable, secure, and ready for public launch.

Across the five participating entities, Kamyus Consult Limited, Fagobe Company Limited, Aikson Nwankwo Distribution Services, PSC International Investment Limited, and Richmate 480 Nig Ltd—the system recorded close to 500 GB of total bandwidth consumption during the bidding window. This included HTTP requests, API calls, real-time bidding submissions, asset loading, and auxiliary traffic. The high throughput and sustained concurrency validated the robustness of our server infrastructure, caching mechanisms, and request-handling pipelines under peak load conditions.

Immediately following the conclusion of the eAuction, the Commission formally requested all participating auctioneers to submit their system-generated reports, along with any preliminary findings and observations, to support a thorough process of review, verification, and evaluation aimed at ensuring transparency, compliance, and accuracy in the auction proceedings. In response, we promptly prepared all required reports for our five clients, which were subsequently submitted to the Commission in a timely and organised manner. We’ve had the opportunity to continue our partnership with MachinePush Nigeria Limited by enhancing the NairaBoom platform. After initially building the platform, we’ve worked together to revamp its design and add powerful new features that improve user experience, increase engagement, and deliver greater value.

In line with Machine Push’s vision to boost user interaction and accessibility, we focused on reimagining key components of the platform. From redesigning the homepage and user dashboard to seamlessly integrating new features, each update was aimed at enhancing usability and functionality.

We worked closely with Perks SharpSharp Technologies Ltd to develop their digital product, SharpSharp. The platform is designed to bring essential services and products right to your doorstep. Whether you need food, groceries, drinks, medicine, cosmetics, hotel or Airbnb reservations, car rentals, barbing services, or even electrical and plumbing repairs within Edo State, SharpSharp makes it all accessible with just a few taps.

Over a period of four months, our team collaborated extensively with the parent company to bring this vision to life. From defining the brand identity to designing the website, crafting the UI/UX experience, mapping out workflows, and developing the mobile application, we handled every stage of the project. We also conducted thorough testing, debugging, and optimization before successfully deploying the app to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

We were honored to be entrusted with bringing this vision to life. From the outset, we worked closely with the parent company to ensure every detail of the project was carefully considered. The first phase involved selecting the right brand identity, followed by an extensive UI/UX design and workflow planning. This stage required meticulous collaboration, including extensive user research, to ensure the app would be intuitive and user-friendly while delivering a rich experience. From the first screens to the final designs in Figma, we created an app that met the company’s requirements. Several improvements were incorporated, and once the designs were approved, we moved on to development.

 SharpSharp

The design and development of the mobile application ran in parallel with the website design. At Codefixbug, our team collaborated seamlessly to ensure the mobile app development was aligned with the Figma designs. We focused on delivering a fully functional app, complete with unit testing and all required features. API integration with the backend was successfully completed, followed by internal testing to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the Admin Management Portal was developed alongside the backend APIs, giving the company complete control over all administrative features of the system.

After development, we initiated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with the parent company. A comprehensive testing phase was conducted to ensure the app, website, and both Android and iOS applications performed seamlessly across all platforms. During this phase, valuable feedback from the testing sessions was gathered and incorporated into the app, refining its functionality and user experience. Once all feedback was addressed, the app was approved for submission to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Bundlegram

We worked closely with Bundlegram Ventures to design, develop, and launch their new mobile application, a major milestone in their mission to simplify and enhance everyday payment experiences. Over the course of three months, our teams collaborated to bring Bundlegram’s vision to life, transforming their trusted web-based platform into a fully optimized mobile experience. The new application empowers users to conveniently and securely manage payments for a variety of essential services from their smartphones, whether they are at home, at work, or on the go.

Previously, Bundlegram users could easily pay for essential services through their web platform. Now, with the introduction of the mobile app, this convenience has been elevated even further. The app enables users to securely and effortlessly manage payments for a wide range of services anytime and anywhere, ensuring that essential transactions are always just a few taps away. With the mobile application now available for download on both the Google Play Storeand the Apple App Store, users can enjoy a seamless and accessible payment experience across all devices.

Our collaboration with the parent company focused on creating a smooth, intuitive, and secure mobile experience that mirrored the reliability of the existing web platform while enhancing accessibility and user engagement. From the initial design sprints to development and deployment, we worked closely with the Bundlegram Ventures team to ensure that every element of the app aligned with their brand vision and user expectations. The result is a sleek, high-performing mobile solution that empowers users to handle payments seamlessly and confidently, reflecting Bundlegram’s commitment to innovation, convenience, and customer satisfaction.

We worked closely with Blastily Limited, a Canadian-based, Nigerian-owned startup, to develop Blastily, a dynamic cross-border marketing platform designed to transform how businesses engage with audiences across the globe. Blastily empowers brands to increase their visibility through a broad range of marketing channels, including radio, billboards, television, publications, and more. With an expansive reach across Africa and global markets, the platform provides businesses with strategic solutions to connect with new audiences, enhance their presence, and drive growth.

When Blastily Limited entrusted us with the development of their platform, they shared their Product Requirements Document (PRD) with us. After thoroughly reviewing the work completed by their previous development partner, we worked closely with the team to devise new strategies to elevate the project. These strategies included a complete platform redesign, an in-depth review of existing features and modules, the addition of new functionalities, and the design of a unique, responsive landing page aimed at attracting and engaging users.

The platform empowers users, whether startups, businesses, or individuals, to seamlessly book listings across multiple categories and manage their marketing campaigns effectively at scale. These categories span a wide range of advertising opportunities, including Creators, Billboards, Publications, Vehicles, Radio, Apps, Television, Events, and Podcasts. We worked closely with Elora Lane, a USA-based luxury lash brand, to completely redesign their website. Elora Lane is a premium collection of luxury lashes created by the world-renowned Celebrity Makeup Artist, Sheika Daley. Known for their high-quality craftsmanship and elegance, Elora Lane’s lashes are designed to offer unmatched luxury for beauty enthusiasts seeking a flawless, glamorous look.

We focused on improving the online shopping experience and creating a platform that reflects the sophistication and beauty of the Elora Lane brand. We proudly showcased their exclusive collections, which include the Grandeur Collection, Luxurious 3D Minks, Signature Minks, and S Collection, each designed to cater to different lash preferences, from dramatic volume to natural elegance. Additionally, we featured their premium tools and accessories, which include Lash Curlers, Scissors, Tweezers, Lash Applicators, Lash Glue, and Lash Care, ensuring that customers have everything they need for a flawless lash application and maintenance routine.

Payvidence

We worked closely with Techpira Evolutions Limited to build their digital product Payvidence, a receipts, invoices and inventory management platform built for Nigerian Small and medium enterprises. Payvidence simplifies day-to-day business operations with powerful tools for receipts and invoices, business management, sales tracking, and reports and insights. Built with the unique needs of local businesses in mind, Payvidence helps SMEs work smarter, stay organized, and make informed decisions with ease.

From crafting an intuitive UI/UX design to mapping out workflows and developing the mobile app, web app, and admin management system, we managed every stage of the project while working closely with the parent company. We also designed the website to ensure a consistent brand experience across platforms. Our team conducted thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver a seamless user experience before successfully launching the app on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Upon receiving the project scope from the company, we meticulously reviewed it and crafted a detailed plan and set of work guidelines. We then proceeded with the UI/UX design phase, which underwent several rounds of review and revisions before final approval. The development process for the mobile application (both Android & iOS), admin management system, web application, and website design began immediately. Throughout each phase, we conducted thorough unit testing, integrating all features and running a final testing session in collaboration with the parent company fixing bugs and preparing for deployment to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Payvidence is a digital platform designed to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria manage their daily sales operations with ease. It enables businesses to generate, authenticate, and store receipts and invoices electronically, eliminating the stress and inefficiencies of paper-based record keeping.

Now the Payvidence app is live on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, our role as the service provider continues. We remain closely engaged with the parent company to ensure smooth operations, resolve any post-deployment issues, and support the long-term success of the platform. QuickCharge

Over the past two months, we collaborated closely with QuickCharge Solutions Ltd to design, develop, and launch their innovative digital product, QuickCharge. This web application simplifies utility payments, making them fast, secure, and reliable. QuickCharge allows individuals, households, and businesses to easily recharge their electricity prepaid or postpaid meters through a seamless, user-friendly platform.

Our team worked hand-in-hand with QuickCharge Solutions throughout the entire process from concept to deployment. We designed the landing page, developed the web application, and created a robust admin management system. Thorough unit testing ensured that all features functioned smoothly, meeting the client’s high standards.
