Codefixbug 2021 In Review

As a software company, focused on simplifying the process for various companies in Nigeria, Africa, and the world at large, we started the year with lots of aspirations, focus, and renewed dedication to serving our existing clients and potential new clients better. we continued to focus on our mission which is to provide services to global organizations using technology to solve challenges, which we believe should impact positively and create value for our clients, by converging technical excellence with great customer service to make our client’s business more profitable.

As the year comes to an end, we had achieved so much progress, our clients also achieved massive progress new milestones were reached, new users were acquired, more value was transferred and above all, more revenues and profits can be recorded across our client’s various digital businesses. We will take you through the 2021 journey from January to December, have a good read;

January

We started the month optimistic, with a focus on managing our existing clients, providing support, developing new software for various platforms, upgrading and updating the existing apps on both the play store and apple store. Some milestones recorded in January includes;

AirtimeDataHub – The parent company Nurenta Global Concept Ltd, celebrated the growth of their product AirtimeDataHub, which grew its downloads, active installs, and users from 5,000+ to 10,000+.

February  

This month brought good tidyings, we continued to support our existing clients worked closely with them to solve issues that came with growth, as well as other technical related issues, providing support, developing new software for various platforms, upgrading and updating the existing apps on both the play store and apple store. Some milestones recorded in February include;

  • Tribute To A Love One – We built our first public Saas product, which went live, Tributetoaloveone.com, is a platform where people can create an online memorial of their loved ones that have passed away. Each memorial created comes with subscription packages of monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans, which ensure every memorial stays active for the duration selected by the user.   • Recharge2Cash – The parent company Softgid Consult and Global Investment Ltd of Recharge2Cash, celebrated the new milestone of 50,000+ downloads on the google play store. We recently published an article about this milestone on our official site. View Tweet
  • AirtimeDataHub – We worked closely with the parent company Nurenta Global Concept Ltd, to build their iOS version, which has successfully been deployed to the Apple App Store.  View Tweet
  • Caring and Sharing Rochdale – We worked closely with Caring and Sharing Rochdale a Uk based NGO, to design their website to meet global standards.

June

We spent most part of this month providing support to our clients across various industries, designing websites and developing web apps for new businesses, helping our digital products clients deal with problems that came with growth.  Some milestones recorded in June include;

  • DistReHub – We worked closely with MNK Stratex Ltd to design their digital platform Distrehub, a digital platform that Connect Retailers to FCMG Distributors. They work with Top Multinationals and local brands to bring you thousands of products. View Tweet
  • Wisepoint Initiative – We worked closely with Wisepoint Initiative, information security, and Business Analysis consulting organization located in Canada, to design their website.
  • Givt Mobile – We worked closely with Nurenta Global Concept Ltd, the parent company of  AirtimeDataHub, to design their eCommerce website for Givt Mobile Limited a registered trademark of the company. View Tweet.

September

We spent most part of this month providing support to our clients across various industries, designing websites and developing web apps for new businesses, helping our digital products clients deal with problems that came with growth and also upgrading and performing user acceptance testing(UAT) on apps about to deploy to Google and Apple stores.  Some milestones recorded in September include;

  • Recharge2Cash – The parent company Softgid Consult and Global Investment Ltd of Recharge2Cash, while experiencing growth, decided to upgrade their app on the google play store. We worked closely with them to implement new features, optimize the system for growth and resolve issues reported by users, when the new upgrade was completed, and user acceptance testing(UAT)  was successful, we updated the app on the google play store.   • FRS Consulting – We worked closely with Forensic Services & Risks Consulting LTD, an Abuja-based fraud investigation consultancy company, to design their website.
  • PayRight – We upgraded and optimized the performance of our retail digital product, which is aimed at simplifying operations in supermarkets, the product is currently in private beta, our goal is to go live in 2022, after building the website and continuous improvement of the software.

October

We spent most part of this month providing support to our clients across various industries, celebrating our 3 year anniversary among other activities.  Some milestones recorded in October include;

  • 3 Year’s Anniversary – Codefixbug was founded on October 16th, 2018, and every year since then has always been special to us, we celebrated our 3 years anniversary as a software development company, simplifying the process of various companies around the world.
  • Our Valuation – We are currently valued at $5 million – Source ZoomInfo
  • Website Update – We updated the information on our website, ensuring our visitors have up-to-date information about us.
  • 9jaCashBack  – We worked closely with MachinePush Nigeria Limited the parent company of 9jaCashBack to develop their digital platform, which is an Electronic Transaction Request Back Service (ETRS) that scores and rewards users with cashback, refunds, giveaway and payouts for electronic financial transactions they register with the service.

December 

We spent most part of this month providing support to our clients across various industries, designing websites, and upgrading our client’s existing apps.  Some milestones recorded in December include;

  • ICDMFS – We worked closely with the International College of Disaster Management and Forensic Studies, a registered international public research and capacity building college to design their website.
  • Afrigate Forensic Consults and Training – We worked closely with Afrigate Forensic Consults and Training, an Abuja-based Forensics Firm, to design their website.
  • Recharge2Cash – We worked closely with the parent company Softgid Consult and Global Investment Ltd of Recharge2Cash, to design their ios app, which will go live in early January 2022.
  • AirtimeDataHub – The parent company Nurenta Global Concept Ltd, decided to upgrade their product AirtimeDataHub, we worked closely with them to implement new features, fix bugs, and deploy the apps to both Google and Apple stores.

Epilogue

While we’re excited about our progress and that of the various companies we work closely with, we remain focused on our mission and vision and would continue to solve difficult problems, that comes with growth, it has been an amazing journey for us, we have had our victory laps and learning curves and we understand that big things start small. Thanks to all codefixbugers for their dedication, hard work, and perseverance.
